Respondent No.1/wife appeared before the said authority on 14.7.2025 and submitted that her husband/appellant died on 08.06.2014 and a copy of death certificate is also enclosed. Respondent No.1/wife also stated that she has no interest to continue the case in this Court. 4. Considering the report submitted by the Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Vizianagaram, this Court finds that no cause survives in the present Criminal Revision Case. 5.
