The present application under Section 528 of B.N.S.S. has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to quash the order dated 14.9.2017 passed by Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 1, Mirzapur, in Criminal Case No. 23 of 2017 whereby an order under Section 446 of Cr.P.C. has been passed as well as order dated 24.1.2025 by which non bailable warrant has been issued. After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicant does not want to press the present application. In view of above, the present application u/s 482 Cr.P.C. is dismissed as not pressed with liberty to file appropriate application/proceedings before the court of competent jurisdiction.
