GP FOR PANCHAYAT RAJ RURAL DEV (AP) The Court made the following: ORDER: The present writ petition has been filed questioning the inaction of the respondents in not passing any orders on the representation made by the petitioner on 05.02.2018 and 15.02.2018 for grant of damages to the petitioner for the damage of his land under Rajucheruvu. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has brought to the notice of this Court that pending the present petition, the representations submitted by the petitioner were rejected on 06.05.2025 and as such, sought permission of this Court to withdraw the present petition, with a liberty to challenge the endorsement dated 06.05.2025. Recording the same, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the rejection order passed by the respondents on 06.05.2025.
