Instant writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents for grant NOC for the Para Medical Courses with intake capacity of 60 seats for the academic session 2024-25. 4. Learned counsel for the respondents has drawn attention of this Court to an order dated 20.12.2024 passed by the Rajasthan State Allied and Healthcare Council, Jaipur (Annx.R/1), whereby [2025:RJ-JP:41933] (2 of 2) [CW-17836/2024] the permission for five Diploma course has already been granted to the petitioner-Institution, however, the permission for the Diploma in Orthopedic Technician Course was rejected on the ground that the documents of said course submitted by the petitioner-Institution were not found registered with the Para Medical Council. 5. This Court finds that the relief prayed for in the present writ petition regarding permission for undertaking the Para Medical Course for academic session-2024-25, which is already over, therefore, nothing survives for adjudication at this stage. However, the petitioner-Institution will be at liberty to file a representation or a fresh application seeking permission for said Para Medical Course next academic year, which shall be considered by the respondents in accordance with law. 7. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition is disposed of. 8. Pending application(s), if any, also stands disposed of. (SANJEET PUROHIT),J TN/19
