In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner has alleged non-compliance of order/judgment dated 01.11.2010 passed in SWP No. 1565/2009, in terms whereof, the respondents came to be directed to operate the panel and issue appointment orders in favour of the candidates in order of merit pertaining to the post of Teaching Guide under Rebhar-e-Taleem Scheme keeping in view the vacancy position. 2. Statement of the facts have been filed by the respondents, wherein it is being, inter-alia, stated that ReT teacher was intended to be filled up by the respondents for newly upgraded Upper Primary School, Dhora pursuant to the Advertisement Notice No. DIP/J-6844 dated 05.02.2009, wherein eleven candidates had applied and a prospective panel of two candidates, namely, Miss Pooja Sambyal and Shashi Chib was drawn by the Zonal Education Officer, Vijapur and was published for inviting objections thereto and upon receipt of objections, the said panel was returned back qua the petitioner with the remarks that one-Pinky Devi has superior merit than the petitioner and consequently, the Zonal Education Officer, Vijapur came to be directed to draw Sr. No. 18 2 and frame a fresh panel, aggrieved whereof, the said Sashi Chib (petitioner herein) preferred a writ petition before this Court, whereunder the instant petition has arisen. 3. At this stage, Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG appearing for the respondents/contemnors stated at the bar that the petitioner herein stands engaged as ReT Teacher on 18.03.2013 and consequently, regularized as General Line Teacher w.e.f. 22.06.2018. 4. Having regard to the aforesaid statement made by Mr. Raman Sharma, learned AAG, seemingly the judgment complained of, has been complied with. Accordingly, contempt notice issued is recalled and contempt proceedings are closed with liberty to the petitioner to seek revival of the instant contempt petition within four weeks from today in case, cause survives.
