G.O.Ms.No. 581, dt 6.11.1996 and G.O.Ms.No.30 dt 18.06.2000 for supply of manpower on outsourcing basis is illegal, arbitrary and set aside the same consequently direct the 2nd respondent to invite the tenders for supply of manpower on outsourcing basis in Anantapuram Municipal Corporation from the SC and ST Registered Societies and pass such other orders....” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the cause in this Writ Petition does not survive for an adjudication by this Court. 3. While recording the above said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
