The petitioner has assailed an order dated 22.11.2023 passed by the Grievance Redressal Committee, NOIDA rejecting the request of the petitioners for allotment of a vending place to them in Work Circle-9, Vending Zone-3, Sector-126. The order records that the petitioners have been allotted a vending place in Sector-135 on basis of draw of lots adopting a fair and transparent mechanism and it would not be possible to change the allotted site of vending. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been vending at Sector-126 since a long time and, therefore, they should be allotted vending place in the same sector. He submits that the draw was also made for Sector-126. However, we find no such evidence on record. 3. Once the petitioners have already been allotted vending site, we are not inclined to interfere with the impugned order. 4. The petition lacks merit and is dismissed. (Anish Kumar Gupta, J.)
