The present appeal has been filed by the revisionist- Shri Chand, against the judgement and order dated 03.7.2009 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Court No. 2, Etawah dismissed the appeal of the revisionist in Criminal Appeal No. 49 of 2008, arising out of judgement and order dated 7.6.2008 passed by A.C.J.M., Court No. 1, Etawah in Case No. 115 of 2001, State vs. Shri Chand, P.S.- Ikdil, District Etawah, u/s 7(10/16(A)(1) of Food Adulteration Act. 4. As per office report dated 17.5.2025, a report from C.J.M. concerned dated 22.5.2025 has been received stating therein that the revisionist has died. In support of which a report of concerned police station and the copy of the statements of the witnesses have also been annexed thereto. 5. Accordingly, the revision stands abated. 6. The trial court records, if received, be sent back along with the communication of this order.
