The present application has been preferred for bail on medical grounds in a case FIR No.282/2021 for offences under Sections 8/15/29 NDPS Act. 02. A perusal of the record reveals that vide order dated 27.12.2024, Superintendent District Jail, Kathua was directed to ensure the process of removal of Gall Bladder stone of the applicant at GMC, Jammu as proposed by the Doctors within one month from the date of the said order. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that said order has not been complied with till date. 03. In view of the above, the present application is disposed of with liberty to the applicant to approach the trial Court with a fresh bail plea on medical grounds and learned trial Court shall ensure that in case, surgical intervention is required, same is done within a time frame. 04.
