At the outset, learned counsel for the State contended that the petitioner has not been supplied the copy of the petition to him and he further contended that the petitioner has not been made the necessary party to M/s. Mahaveer Coal-washery Private Limited, Kanhaiband, therefore, this petition is defective. 2. On the basis of submission made by counsel for the State, petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the instant petition with liberty to file duly constituted petition. 3.
