Present C-482 Application has been filed with the prayer to quash the summoning order dated 19.06.2015 as well as the entire proceedings of Criminal Case No. 745 of 2015 (Old No. 384 of 2014), Amarjeet Singh vs. Analysis Motors and others, pending before the learned 2nd Judicial Magistrate, Haldwani, under Sections 403, 420, 467, 468, 474, 120-B read with Section 357 of IPC. 4. This Hon’ble Court vide its order dated 17.09.2015 have stayed the further proceedings of Criminal Case No. 745 of 2015 (Old No. 384 of 2014) Amarjeet Singh vs. Analysis Motors and others, till the next date of listing. Thereafter, this matter was listed on several dates but the interim order was not extended. 5. On perusal of the status of the above said case no. 745 of 2015 would submit that the status says that the criminal case has been disposed of. 2025:UHC:3379 6. In view of this fact, present C-482 Petition has rendered infructuous. The same is accordingly dismissed as infructuous. 7.
