(ii) Declare there is no embargo as per Section 8(1)(j) of the RTI Act, 2005 to provide the mark list of all candidates in a public examination. (iii) To issue a Writ in nature of Mandamus or any other appropriate Writ, Order, or direction to 1st respondent to consider and pass order on the application made U/s 18(1) of the Right to Information Act by the petitioner and impose the penalty to the 3rd respondent on account of the willful disobedience of the order dated 30.05.2023. 2.
