This review petition has been filed seeking to review the order dated 21.03.2023, passed by a - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41624-DB RP No. 221 of 2023 Bench of this Court in Writ Petition No.15419/2021 (L- TER). 3. The contention of learned counsel for the review petitioner is that, since no application was filed for condonation of delay, as well as to set aside the abatement, time had been sought from the Court to bring those applications on record in support of IA.No.1/2022. IA.No.1/2022 was filed for bringing the legal representation of deceased respondent on record. 4. A perusal of the impugned order under review reflects that the writ petition was dismissed on the ground that the respondent had died and legal representatives of the deceased respondent were not brought on record. No applications for condonation of delay, as well as to set aside the abatement, were filed. The writ petition was therefore dismissed. - 4 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:41624-DB RP No. 221 of 2023 We find no error apparent on the face of the record that would make review of the order impugned. This Review Petition is therefore dismissed. Sd/- (JAYANT BANERJI) JUDGE Sd/- (UMESH M ADIGA) JUDGE BK List No.: 1 Sl No.: 4
