Case No. 38 of 2025, for the offences registered under Sections 25(1- B)(a), 26 & 35 of the Arms Act, pending in the Court of Sri Kusheshwar Sinku, learned J.M., Ranchi. 3. On 23.06.2025, at about 05:45 P.M., Thakurgaon Police, on the basis of confidential information apprehended co-accused Kushendra Munda from a place near Tahir Bricklin, Thakurgaon. On search, a loaded country-made pistol was recovered from the dickey of the scooty. 4. It was submitted that co-accused has been granted bail by a Co- ordinate Bench of this Court. It was further submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. 5. In view of the submissions made above, I am inclined to release the petitioner, on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of Sri Kusheshwar Sinku, learned J.M., Ranchi in connection with Thakurgaon P.S.
