The order dated 30.04.2025 also notes that other retiral dues have been paid to the applicant. As the order passed by the writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The contempt application is disposed of. The file of the case be consigned to records. Notice is discharged. The applicant has the remedy to challenge the order dated 30.04.2025 on merits before appropriate forum.
