This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Industrial Area P.S. Case No.113 of 2024, registered for the offences under Sections 376 of the Indian Penal Code. 3. As per the F.I.R., it appears that one Nasir @ Kalam committed rape with the informant. Subsequently, she has made allegations against the petitioner. 4. The petitioner is in custody since 13.01.2025 and he claims clean antecedent. 5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application is allowed. 6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on Patna High Court CR. MISC.
