GP FOR INDUSTRIES & COMMERCE (AP) The Court Made the Following Order:- This Writ Petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India is filed for the following relief: “to issue a Writ order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus to declare the action of the respondents herein in to retiring 1st petitioner on 652016 and 2nd petitioner on 30.4.2016 by issuing notice Tcs/Admn/Estt/SA/201510 dt.25.3.2016 as illegal arbitrary and contrary to byelaws of the 4th respondent society and the earlier clarification issued 2 under G.O.Ms.No.36 Finance and Planning dated 321987 and consequently direct the respondents continue our service till we attain the age of 60 years and to pass...” 2. Sri Challa Srinivas, learned counsel representing Sri CH. Murali Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that in view of the subsequent events taken place in the lis, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive for further adjudication and the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 3. Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no orders as to costs.
