The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Ranga P.S. Case No.83 of 2025, for the alleged offences registered under Sections 115(2), 126(2), 64(1), 62 and 351(3) of Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 pending in the Court of learned A.C.J.M., Rajmahal. 3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that there are land dispute between the parties. He further submits that there are case and counter case and the first case has been lodged by petitioner’s side. He then submits that the alleged occurrence is said to be dated 09.06.2025, however, the present case has been lodged on 26.06.2025. He next submits that only due to enmity the present case has been lodged against the petitioner. 4. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer 2025:JHHC:36053 --2-- A.B.A. No. 6843 of 2025 and submits that the allegations are there against the petitioner of assault. 5. Considering that the first case has been lodged by petitioner’s side and it has been pointed out that there are case and counter case and the alleged occurrence is said to be dated 09.06.2025 wherein the present case has been lodged by the informant on 26.06.2025, I am inclined to provide anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 6. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is hereby directed to surrender before the learned Court within three weeks from today, and in the event of his surrender/arrest, the petitioner, above named, shall be released on bail, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Rajmahal in connection with Ranga P.S.
