ORDER: This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, has been filed by the petitioner, seeking anticipatory bail, in Crime No.375/2024 of Badvel Police Station, Kadapa District. the case has been registered for the offences punishable u/Sec.386, 419, 420, 465, 468, 471, 120B r/w 34 IPC and Sec.3(1)(f)(r) of SCs and STs (PoA) Act.
2. Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, at the time of hearing, submits that the petitioner herein was not at all cited as an accused in the F.I.R. till date.

Without going into the merits of the case, as the learned Assistant Public Prosecutor, at the time of hearing, submitted that the petitioner herein was not at all cited as an accused in the F.I.R., anticipatory bail petition filed the petitioner is not at maintainable. Hence, the criminal petition is dismissed.
