ORDER: The Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Endowments, appearing for the respondents 1 to 4.
3. This Court vide order dated 08.08.2016 has granted interim
order, which reads as under:
“There shall be interim suspension of the Tender Notice No.A1/272/2016, dated 30.05.2016 till further orders of this Court.” The 5‘^ respondent temple has filed counter.

While denying the averments made in the writ petition, it is contended that the temple has issued any tender notifications to grant any contract for house keeping purpose in the temple and at present, the tender for sanitation and house never keeping is knocked away at Rs.99,900/- per month. In view of this decision, the temple has to expend an amount of Rs.4,83,000/- per month from its modernized cleaning system. Commissioner, Endowments Department being the corporate sole and having jurisdiction over the temples has issued memo dated 11.05.2016 for incorporating standardized uniform tender conditions for greater transparency so as to serve the devotees in a greater way at competitive rates directing the temples including the 5'^ respondent temple to engage the services of the persons who were selected by the Commissioner through the e-tender income on Further stated that the
3 process, hence, there is no illegality in issuing the same. Therefore, sought for dismissal of the writ petition. The 2'^^ respondent also filed counter along with leave petition. He also stated that against the tender notice dated 30.05.2016, the respondent alone submitted e-tender and quoted an amount of Rs.4,83,000/- per month, which is four times excess compared to the lowest bid amount for the year 2015-16 and the competent authority has rejected the tender. Later, the Trust Board of 5*^ respondent temple in its meeting held on 26.09.2016 in resolution No.13 has decided to engage sanitation workers through outsourcing agency and the said decision has been given effect, resultantly, the 5'-'^ respondent
5. temple has been engaging sanitation workers through outsourcing agency Hence, sought for dismissal of the writ from the year 2016-17 onwards. petition. In view of the submissions made by the 2^'^ respondent in his counter
6. nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. No order as to costs.
