This writ petition has been filed with the prayer to quash the First Information Report dated 20.6.2024 registered as Case Crime no. 39 of 2024, under Sections 498A, 323, 506 IPC and Section 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Mahila Thana, District Banda. Further prayer has been made not to arrest the petitioner in the aforesaid case. 3. Learned A.G.A. has informed this Court that in the present case charge-sheet no. 21 of 2025 dated 29.3.2025 has already been submitted. 4.
