Learned counsel for the respondents, at the outset, submits that the petitioner has alternative remedy to approach Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT) which is located at Chandigarh. Thus, petitioner may be relegated to CAT at Chandigarh.

Faced with this, Mr. Shivam Sharma expressed his inability to controvert the fact that petitioner has alternative remedy to approach CAT, Chandigarh. 3
