W.P.(C) 6960/2023 and therefore the land in question has been handed over to Delhi Development Authority [“DDA”].
4. There is some controversy between DDA and GNCTD as to who is to carry out the demarcation. In any event, it is submitted that DDA would require the assistance of the Revenue Authorities, GNCTD, to undertake the task.
5. DDA and GNCTD are therefore directed to coordinate action amongst themselves and ensure that the demarcation exercise is carried out within eight weeks from today. It is understood that the Total Station Method will be employed, and the work undertaken would be at the expense of the petitioners.
6. The writ petition, alongwith the pending application, is disposed of with these directions.
