VENKATA RAMA RAO KOTA (SC FOR APSPDCL) The Court made the following ORDER: The writ petition is filed seeking indulgence of this Court to declare the action of the 1st respondent in issuing the impugned Memo dated 31.10.2016, instructing the respondent No.2 in permitting to remove the petitioner from the duties without issuing any notice or opportunity as arbitrary, illegal, etc., and for consequential direction to the respondent to continue the petitioner as Contract Labour in Electric Sub-Station, Khazipet, YSR District. 3 2. Sri P. Madhukar Reddy, learned counsel representing the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was initially removed from the service on 26.09.2016 by the respondents-Corporation, while he was working as a Shift Operator, for which, the petitioner instituted the present writ petition. 3. He further submits that upon receiving a call from the respondents- Corporation, petitioner joined in the service on 30.07.2022 and since then, he is continuing in the respondent Corporation. While submitting that no further adjudication is presently required in the case, he prays for closure of the case. 4. Sri D.Venkata Ramana, learned counsel appearing for the respondents Corporation also asserted that the petitioner is working in respondent Corporation as on today. 5. In view of the fact that the petitioner is continuing as a Contract Labour in the respondent Corporation, as also considering the submission that the cause in the lis does not survive for further adjudication., the writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
