Civil Revision No. 180 of 2025 Decided on: 27.11.2025 ____________________________________________________ Suresh Chand ……….. petitioner Versus Gian Chand ……….respondent ____________________________________________________ Coram: Hon'ble Mr. Justice Bipin Chander Negi, Judge Whether approved for reporting? 1 For the petitioner : Mr. Ashutosh Bhardwaj, Advocate. For the respondent : Nemo. ____________________________________________________ Bipin Chander Negi, Judge ( oral) By way of the present petition, a challenge has been laid to the impugned order dated 22.11.2025, passed by the learned Civil Judge, Court No. 2, Ghumarwin, District Bilaspur, H.P., whereby an application preferred under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC by the present petitioner/defendant, has been dismissed. 2. Heard counsel for the petitioner and perused the application filed under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC. 3. At the very outset, suffices it to state that while considering an application under Order 7 Rule 11 of CPC, all that has to be considered is the plaint and the documents appended alongwith. From the content of the application, nowhere has it been mentioned upon a consideration of the plaint and the documents appended, ingredients of Order 7 Rule 11 CPC 1 Whether the reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? stands complied with. In view thereof, I see no reason to interfere in the impugned order. 4. The present revision is accordingly dismissed. Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of.
