However, a request is made that directions be issued for expeditious disposal of the civil suit. 2. These petitions are disposed of as not pressed with liberty as prayed for. 3. There is no doubt in the eventuality of petitioners filing civil suit and made a request before the court concerned for expeditious disposal, the same shall be considered in accordance with law taking into account that dispute is of 2020 and career of the students is at stake.
