JUSTICE MANEESH SHARMA Order 14/10/2025 [2025:RJ-JP:41888] (2 of 2) [CRES-66/2021] From the record of the case, it is revealed that on 30.10.2023, this Court while condoning the delay in filing civil restoration application, allowed the restoration application, subject to deposition of cost of Rs.5,000/- with the Rajasthan State Legal Services Authority by the appellants. It was also specifically made clear that the cost was to be deposited within three weeks from 30.10.2023. Even after lapse of more than one year and eight months, the cost imposed by this Court has not been deposited. Such kind of laxity cannot be accepted. Therefore, the present restoration application is dismissed for want of deposition of the cost as imposed by this Court vide order dated 30.10.2023.
