1. The present WPCR has been filed with the following prayer:-

That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be issued a appropriate authorities writ/writs, order/orders respondent particularly res. no. 4 to register offences against respondent no. 5 to 8 under section 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B), 201 & 34 of Indian Penal Code in respect of FIR/Crime no. 606/2022. and file supplementary charge sheet against res. no. 5 to 8 within stipulated period.
2. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be issued a appropriate to respondent authorities writ/writs,
order/orders particularly res. no. 4 to conclude investigation regarding unknown person who execute sale deed dated 20.12.2021 (Annex. P/3) impersonating himself as real owner of subject land namely Bhagwat @ Bhagwat Prasad @ Bhagwat Shrivastava and file supplementary charge sheet within stipulated period.

That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be issued a appropriate writ/writs, order/orders to respondent authorities particularly res. no. 4 to seize original sale deed dated 20.12.2021 and make proper and detailed investigation regarding cheques which were being given by accused Kapil Bansal (alleged purchaser) in lieu of

consideration amount, such as number of cheques, name of issuance bank of cheque, account no. of cheque, account no. in which cheque was being deposited and amount of cheque was being withdrawn from which bank etc. 4 That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be issued a appropriate writ/writs, order/orders to respondent authorities particularly res. no. 4 to conduct further investigation in respect of FIR/crime no. 606/2022 in respect of all points raised in various applications (Annex. P/4, P/7 & P/10) in proper and fair manner, conclude investigation and file supplementary charge sheet within stipulated period.
5. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be issued a appropriate writ/writs, order/orders to respondent no. 1 to 3 to ensure that further/remaining investigation in respect of FIR/crime no. 606/2022 be carried out proper and in fair manner.
6. That, this Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief, which it deems fit and proper.
2. After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw this petition with liberty to
5 approach the trial court, at an appropriate stage, for redressal of his grievance, if so advised.
