Upadhyay,Sharad Chandra Upadhyay Counsel for Respondent :- Pankaj Naqvi,Ajeet Singh,Pooja Agarwal,Ritvik Upadhya,S.C. Hon'ble Saurabh Shyam Shamshery,J. 1. Heard Mr. Sharad Chandra Upadhyay, learned counsel for petitioners and Ms. Roshni Dwivedi, learned Advocate holding brief of Ms Pooja Agarwal, learned counsel for respondent no. 1. 2. Learned counsel for petitioners, after arguing for some time, submits that this writ petition may be disposed of with an observation that the grievance of the petitioners, which is pending before the concerned respondent, may be addressed in accordance with law and averments made therein. 3. At this stage, the Court is not entering into the merit of the case, since the counsel for both the parties are in agreement that grievance of the petitioners is still pending before the concerned respondent be decided at first instance. The Court takes note that prayer in the instant writ petition is defective. 4. Taking note of above submission, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that the grievance of petitioners may be addressed in accordance with averments made in the representation, including the issue of arbitrariness.
