The only reason why the order had not been complied with, as seen from the affidavit-in- reply filed on behalf of the respondent – State, is that the Review Petition (St.) No.17267 of 2019 preferred by the State of Maharashtra seeking review of the order dated 6th October 2018 has been dismissed. However, in the interest of justice, we direct the respondents now to comply with the order breached, within a period of 4 weeks from today. 3. It is made clear that if the order is not complied with, this Court may have to take serious view of the matter and insist the presence of respondent nos. 2 and 3. We do not propose to keep the petition pending with the hope and trust that the respondents shall now be gracious to comply with the order. 4. The Contempt Petition is disposed of. 5. List on 1st December 2025, under the caption “For Compliance”.
