Condition No.(e) stipulates that the petitioner shall not leave the jurisdiction of the trial Court without prior permission of the said Court until the case registered against him is disposed of. 3. It is submitted that the petitioner is a resident of Kerala State, where his entire family is residing and he is also eeking his livelihood in his native place. Hence, if - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:32686 CRL.P No. 11402 of 2025 the said condition is not relaxed, he will be put to untold hardship. 4. Petitioner was granted bail by this Court on 11.7.2025. He has complied with the conditions imposed in the order. There is no allegation that he has violated any of those conditions. The reasons assigned for relaxing condition No.(e) seems to be genuine.
