Respondents For Petitioner : Mr. Ankit Singhal, Advocate For State : Mr. Sabyasachi Choubey, Panel Lawyer BHUMIKA ANGARE Digitally signed by BHUMIKA ANGARE Date: 2025.09.23 11:03:18 +0530 2 Hon'ble Shri Justice Narendra Kumar Vyas Order on Board 22.09.2025 1. This petition has been filed by the petitioner to direction the respondent authorities and private respondents to allow the petitioner to take joining and charge of Assistant (Sahayika) at Aanganbadi, Centre 1 (Bazarpara), Tundri, District Sakti (C.G.) in view of order dated 01.05.2024 issued by respondent No. 3. 2. Learned counsel for the State would submit that as per Clause 11 of the circular dated 02.04.2008 issued by the State of Chhattisgarh, the petitioner has alternate remedy of filing an appeal. 3. Since the petitioner has alternate remedy of filing appeal and other remedies which have been provided in the circular dated 02.04.2008, the instant writ petition is disposed of. However, the petitioner is at liberty to take recourse available to her by filing the appeal. 4. With this observation the instant writ petition is disposed of. 5. It is made clear that if the petitioner prefers an appeal before the concerned appellate authority within one month from the date of receipt of copy of this order, the appellate authority is directed to consider and decide the same expeditiously on its own merit without considering any delay in preferring the appeal as this Court has already condoned the delay.
