The present Writ Petition is filed seeking the following relief: “directing the 3rd respondent to undertake the conducting of survey of all existing street vendors of Ajith Singh Nagar in AVS Reddy Road, Vijayawada City and grant the Certificate of Vending to the petitioner and till such time direct the 2nd respondent Corporation not to evict the petitioner from her wooden bunk of 4 x 3 size situated at Ajith Singh Nagar in AVS Reddy Road, Vijayawada City, except in accordance with law”. 2. Learned Standing Counsel appearing for the Respondents on instructions submits that the survey as required under the Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014, is going on and further action will be taken on the basis of the decision arrived at pursuant to the survey. 3. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of.
