Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the order dated 05.08.2024 passed in W.P.(S) No.3710 of 2024 and further modified vide order dated 29.10.2024 passed in C.M.P. No.925 of 2024, has been substantially complied with, but the petitioner is aggrieved by the said compliance, as according to him, the pay scale of the petitioner has been reduced. He prays that liberty may be given to the petitioner to challenge the said action of the opposite parties, before the appropriate Forum. 3. Considering the aforesaid submission, I am of the opinion that the order under contempt is complied with. 4. Accordingly, this Contempt Proceeding is dropped. 5.
