N BHARAT BABU The Court made the following: 2 ORDER: This Writ Petition is filed by the petitioner, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking Mandamus, for the following relief: “… issue Writ order or direction particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 2nd respondent in proposing to grant permission for layout inrespect of land admeasuring Ac.0.18 cents in Survey No.512 of Pudipatla Village and Grampanchayat, Tirupathi Rural Mandal, Chittoor District in favour of respondents 3 and 4…” 2. Today when the matter came up for hearing, Sri P.Muni Reddy, learned Standing Counsel representing the 2nd respondent has brought to the notice of this Court that no such application for grant of permission for layout in respect of land admeasuring Ac.0.18 cents in Sy.No.512 of Pudipatla Village and Grampanchayat, Tirupati Rural Mandal, Chittoor District is pending. In view of the same, no cause survives for further adjudication. 4. Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No order as to costs.
