V V SATISH (SC for APEPDCL) The Court made the following: ORAL ORDER: Heard Sri V.Hemanth Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of Sri D.V.Nagarjuna Babu, learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner and Sri V.V.Satish, learned Standing Counsel for APEPDCL. 2. Sri V.V.Satish, learned Standing Counsel for APEPDCL has brought out written instructions furnished by Assistant Accounts Officer dated 03.07.2025, copy of which is supplied to the Writ Petitioner and the same is taken on record. 3. Those instructions would indicate that the Consumer has paid the total shortfall of an amount of Rs.91,153/- on 30.04.2012. It is also stated that on present verification of the data, it is observed that the service number belonging to the Writ Petitioner was stopped on 30.03.2015 and that the Consumer has paid balance amount of Rs.55,399/- on 30.12.2015. 4. The above facts would indicate that the Writ Petitioner does not owe any money to the respondents and that the writ petitioner has also stopped using the service connection and therefore, no further consideration is required. 5. In this view of the matter, this Writ Petition is disposed of in terms of the above observations. No order as to costs. 6.
