Case No. 82 of 2025 for the offences registered under section 309(4) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, pending in the court of Ms. Sangita, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Deoghar. 3. On 20.06.2025 at 9.00 p.m., Informant was waylaid by unknown persons near Roshan More at Hardia Bridge. Accused persons looted his mobile phones. 4. It appears that the looted mobile phones were recovered from the possession of the petitioner 5. Learned A.P.P has opposed the prayer for bail. 6. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, his prayer for bail stands rejected, at this stage.
