This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners for grant of following substantive relief:-
“That an appropriate writ, order or direction may kindly be passed in favour of the petitioners by issuing a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to declare the result of the counselling of the petitioners in the interest of justice and fair play.”
2. When this matter was taken up on 06.11.2025, learned Deputy Advocate General had placed on record office instructions dated 04.11.2025 from the Director, Animal Husbandry, Himachal Pradesh, Shimla, conveying following:-
“Now, the Department of Animal Husbandry in pursuance to the directions given by the Government on 17.10.20205, the 1 Whether reporters of the local papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes
2 present petitioners will be given appointment as “Trainee Veterinary Pharmacist” in the Department after completing all codal formalities similar to that of 66 Gram Panchayat Veterinary Assistant have been given appointment as Trainee Veterinary Pharmacist vide order dated 06.08.2025 (Annexure P-4, annexed with the present petition).”
3. During course of hearing, learned Deputy Advocate General has placed on record order dated 07.11.2025 in terms of which, petitioners stand appointed for the post of Trainee Veterinary Pharmacist. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that grievances of the petitioner have now been redressed.
4. In view of the above, this petition is disposed of. Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. Jyotsna Rewal Dua Judge November 07, 2025 (yogesh)
