JUSTICE E.S.INDIRESH ORAL ORDER Heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties. 2. Sri C.N.Raju, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner contended that, Respondent No.3 had opened Rowdy Sheet against the petitioner herein on 06.11.2003 and he further argued that the petitioner is not involved in criminal cases during the period 2011 to 2018 as stated in para 15 of the petition. Accordingly sought for deletion of his name in the Rowdy Sheeter Register. 3. Per contra, Sri Mahantesh Shettar, learned Addl. Government Advocate submitted that the petitioner herein has not challenged the opening of Rowdy Sheet by the respondent authority, accordingly no interference is called for in this petititon. - 3 - HC-KAR NC: 2025:KHC:40576 WP No. 949 of 2022 4. In the light of the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the parties, it is forthcoming from the averments made in the petition that Respondent No.3 has opened the Rowdy Sheet against the petitioner on 06.11.2003 and the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is not involved in any criminal activity from 2011 onwards. In that view of the matter it is open for the petitioner to approach Respondent No.2 by way of representation seeking deletion of name of the petitioner from the Rowdy Sheeter Register and if such a representation is made within two weeks from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order, Respondent No.3 shall consider the same in accordance with law within the parameters of order 1059 of Karnataka Police Manual. 5.
