Learned counsel for writ petitioners adverting to the support affidavit submitted that original impugned notices were not readily available with the petitioners and therefore, petitioners were not able to produce original impugned notices. I submit that original impugned notice dated 16.10.2024 issued by the 5th respondent under Section 6 of the Act and the subsequent impugned notice dated 18.02.2025 issued by the 5th respondent under Section 7 of the Act are not readily available to me. Therefore, I am filing the present writ petition with photo copy of the same........ 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case on hand and taking note of the nature of the matter, aforementioned reason is accepted. 4.
