1. This is an office reference.
2. This Court, vide order dated 03.10.2024, passed in MCRC No. 6270 of 2024, while allowing the bail to the applicant, namely, Bhushan Sahu and Smt. Jasmini Sahu, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of the order, if there was no legal impediment.

2 conclusion of the trial vide order dated 21.04.2025 in CRMP No.1329/2025.
4. Learned Principal District and Sessions Judge Mahasamund, District - Mahasamund (C.G.), through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Bilaspur, District – Bilaspur (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 26.06.2025 has requested for grant of some more time for concluding the trial.
5. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that there are total of 12 prosecution witnesses, out of which 7 prosecution witnesses have been examined, one witness has been declared deceased, and remaining 4 prosecution witnesses is yet to be recorded. Hence, the conclusion of the trial is likely to take some time. Therefore, he prays for grant of further more time for concluding the same.
6. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is
directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today.
7. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed of with the aforesaid direction.
8. Registry is directed to send a certified copy of this order to the trial Court concerned for necessary information and compliance. Sd/-
