ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“….to issue a Writ, order or direction more in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS, declaring the action of the 4th respondent in the capacity of the 3rd respondent in interfering with the civil disputes inspite of an order of injunction by a competent Civil Court in I.A.No. 947/2017 in O.S.No. 461/2017, dt. 18.09.2017 and the inaction of the 2nd respondent in doing justice to the petitioners is illegal, arbitrary and contrary to the fundamental principles enshrined in the Constitution and consequently direct the 4 th respondent not to interfere in the civil disputes in the capacity of the 3rd respondent and further direct the 2nd respondent to take action and to do justice to the petitioners, and pass.…”
2. Heard Sri NVR Amaranth, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police at the instance of the 3rd respondent are interfering in the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the 3rd respondent.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that they are not interfering in the civil dispute and no crime has been registered against the petitioners.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the above submission, this writ petition may be disposed of.
6. In that view, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
