ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioner seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ ... to issue an appropriate Writ Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 3rd respondent in issuing the impugned order dt.5.10.2018 bearing No.1089/2018 rejecting the proposals submitted by the petitioner society for continuation of Sri V.V.Krishnaiah as Chief Executive Officer of the petitioner society in terms of the resolution dt.28.7.2018 and its general body resolution dt.27.9.2018 is illegal, arbitrary and violative of Section 115-D(2)(iv) and Rule 28 (4)(b) of the A.P.Cooperative Societies Act 1964 and contrary to the guidelines issued by the RBI dt.4.12.018 bearing DCBR.CO.RCBD.No.2365/19.51.022/2017-18 and consequently, set aside the same.”
