Careful perusal of compliance affidavit filed under the signature of Director of School Education reveals that in terms of mandate contained in the judgment sought to be executed, respondents have considered the case of the petitioner for regular appointment from the date of his initial appointment on contract basis as is evident from order dated 6.12.2025 passed by the Deputy Director of School Education, Mandi (Annexure R-I).

Consequently, in view of the above, nothing remains to be adjudicated in the instant proceedings and as such, present petition is disposed of with direction to the respondents to ensure that consequential benefits, if any, flowing from the aforesaid compliance are released to the petitioner expeditiously, preferably, within three months.
