P VINOD KUMAR 2 The Court made the following: ORAL ORDER: This matter has been listed on three earlier occasions, i.e., on 30.06.2025, 02.07.2025 & 09.07.2025. Today, when the matter was listed, the learned Counsel for the Petitioner would submit that the letter sent to the Writ Petitioner’s address returned unserved with an endorsement that “there is no such person”. 2. Since this matter is of the year 2013, this Court is not inclined to grant any further time to explore the possibility of appearance on behalf of the Writ Petitioner. 3. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for Non-prosecution. No order as to costs. 4. However, if the Counsel for the Writ Petitioner receives any instructions from the Writ Petitioner with regard to the cause of action, three (03) weeks’ time is granted for moving an appropriate Application for Restoration. 5. In view of the above direction, the Registry is directed to preserve the record for a period of five (05) weeks from today. If no Application is filed for Restoration within three (03) weeks, the record pertaining to this Writ Petition may be destroyed as per the Rules after a period of five (05) weeks from today. 6.
