ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer:
“….to issue an appropriate writ. order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the highhanded action of the Respondent police in demolishing the Petitioners residential house and interfering with their possession every day in an extent of Ac. 4.00 cents, covered by R.S. No. 897/4C of Venkata Krishanapuram Village, H/o. Pedavegi (v), Pedavegi Mandal, West Godavari District, A.P., and consequently direct the Respondent police not to interfere in the civil matter and to pass.…”
2. Heard Sri D.S.N.V.Prasad Babu, learned counsel for the petitioners and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the police are interfering with the possession of the petitioners.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader would submit that police are not interfering in the civil dispute and no criminal case is registered against the petitioners and the Court may pass appropriate orders.

Learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that recording the submission of learned Assistant Government Pleader, the writ petition may be
disposed of.

6. Recording the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the police not to interfere in the civil dispute, regarding the property of the petitioners. There shall be no order as to costs.
