As per letter dated 10.12.2024 received from Additional Judge-Ist, Family Court, Dehradun, Execution Case No.92 of 2017 was decided by Family Court vide order dated 13.10.2023. 4. After decision in the maintenance case, challenge thrown to an interlocutory order passed in the said case do not survive. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
