By way of this petition, petitioner is seeking following relief(s): “10.1 issue any suitable writ/order/directions to the respondent authorities, particularly respondent no.4 & respondent no.5, to stop interference with the approach land at Khasra No. 257, situated at Village Bahtarai, P.H. No. 48, R.N.M. Mopka, Tahsil & District Bilaspur (C.G.) necessary to have excess for the petitioner over his land; 10.2 issue any suitable writ(s)/order(s)/direction(s) to respondent no.8 to restore the DSC digital signature in order to authenticate the revenue records i.e. Khasra & B-1 pertaining to the land owned by the petitioner; 10.3 any other relief, which this Hon'ble Court thinks fit & proper as per the facts & circumstances of the present case, in the interest of justice.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the limited prayer of the petitioner is that the petitioner has made complaint before respondent No.3 - District Collector, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur C.G. which is still pending and not decided yet, therefore, it is prayed that respondent No.3 may be directed to consider and decided the same at the earliest. 3. Learned counsel for the State not opposes the limited prayer made by counsel for the petitioner. 3 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties at length and perused the record with utmost circumspection. 5. Considering the facts of the case and submission made by the parties, at this stage, the instant petition is disposed of by directing to respondent No.3 – District Collector, Bilaspur, District Bilaspur C.G. to consider and decide the compliant made by the petitioner on 31.07.2025 vide Annexure P-5 after giving opportunity of hearing to respondents No.4 & 5, as early as possible in accordance with rules, regulations and law. 6.
