The present petition has been filed with the following prayer: "Issue a Writ Order or direction in the nature of certiorari to quash the impugned order dated 10-12-2024 passed by respondent no.2 in Appellate Suit No. 137/2024 "CNR No. C202416000000137 (Jaee Vs. Additional District Magistrate and others) in under section 38(4), UP and L.R. Act-2006." 5. Learned Standing Counsel has raised a preliminary objection that the petitioner has an alternative remedy of filing revision against the order impugned. 6. Since the petitioner has an alternative remedy, I am not inclined to entertain the instant petition. 7.
