He used to work by tilling the land belonging to another. The accident is covered by Mukhya Mantri Krishak Durghatana Kalyan Yojna. Claim of his client for compensation has been rejected by respondent no.3. He seeks interference. Mr. Atul Khaneja, learned advocate, State Law Officer appears on behalf of State and submits, petitioner could not produce any evidence of her husband to be covered under definition 'Farmer'. We will go so far as to say that in event petitioner is able to obtain documentary evidence regarding her deceased husband having worked on the land, she may once again approach the authority for compensation.
